That doesn't have anything to do with this list. (I can't think of a more relevant list besides a general one like wikimedia-l though)

Please post a request on either of:
* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:Geonotice
* https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/CentralNotice/Calendar (and also its talk page)

Also, don't ask for notices for events after they've already started! Plan and coordinate them ahead of time.
