If I understand you clearly, getting apage at the top of search results isn't something within our means to engineer on Wikipedia. Google indexes pages on wikipedia on its own time and convenience. If you add a page, it'll take about a week to see it in Google results

This is not an objective for creating articles.Google will come for article when a query is sent.
