I fully agree with you. Notability is wikipedia articles are of much essence. I can also say for a fact, that these persons (Ayariga Hassan and Michael Abu Sakara Foster) are notable in our country.

On a global scale, their names might be a drop of water in the ocean, but those names resounds in Ghana very often.

I'm glad you've drawn our attention to these notability issues. 

I also think getting dedicated pages for these political figures aside the relatively short ones to show in the candidates page will be okay too.

I hope our dear contributors on the list will keep these facts in mind and work in harmony.

if pages for any candidate are created this might trigger problems. examples which might have problems with notability:

but, if more details of all candidates are stated on the election page itself, for everybody approximately the same lenght, it should pose less problems, at least in my personal opinion. what you think?
