You say you uploaded two photos and can't find it on your Special Contributions page.

I visited your page, and see two files uploaded on the 28th of September. Are these the photos you're talking of?

If so, then i think they're now showing.

However, you can also go through this category to see if your image appears there: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Images_from_Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2012_in_Ghana

I don't think the image won't appear in those two areas, but in case that should happen, then I guess the upload wasn't successful. Otherwise, kindly wait for a while and refresh your pages to see if it reflects. You might have to even clear your cache to see if thats hindering the page from loading recent changes.
