The advisory board for gender and diversity is calling. WMF is hard at work on gender issues. The WMF team is going to conduct one-on-one surveys/interviews.

Wikimedia's goal is to understand what Wikimedia communities are doing to support an "increase in gender diversity, what sort of outcomes have these efforts achieved, what impact have these efforts had on communities as well as what actions would be championed in the future." The conversation includes Gender-non-conforming, queer, women etc

As a board member I am supposed to recommend members who would join the research conducted by WMF.
