Follow this link to a page known as "Recent Changes" if you don't know about it already.

It gives information of all the recent edits (relevant to you as an editor) on Wikipedia.

Aside SuggestBot this also helps you to find pages to edit/watch over pages etc. 

There are more of these tools around. Just be curious about things you see on Wikipedia and you will find all sorts.
