A wiki is a website which allows its users to add, modify, or delete its content via a web browser usually using a simplified markup language or a rich-text editor.
Wikipedia is a wiki. There are many more wikis. See http://www.wikimedia.org/
Wikimedia Foundation is a global movement whose mission is to bring free educational content to the world via these wikis.
This movement consists of Wikimedians who's core job is to contribute to the wikis and participate in the community's activities.
Not every wiki you see onlline belong to Wikimedia Foundation. Eg Wiki Leaks or Pornopedia or any site which is a wiki. Only the ones listed here http://www.wikimedia.org/ are part of what you will be working on.
If ever you see Wikimania somewhere, it is just an annual event for Wikimedians.
Wikimedians who contribute to Wikipedia are Wikipedians.
