We have a Facebook Group: Wikipedia Online Edit-a-thon.  I hope I spelt it right.  Change the name to something standard that we can always use for our online events. Eg Wikipedia Online Meet ups.

That page should hold all online trainings including yours to show our  concentrated efforts.

Report back to the group what happened.  All the best.

Nb who went to barcamp cc? Any updates?  Report? Photos?
