Here's how to start in my opinion: give a backgrounder about the elections, the major parties that contested, the background of incumbent and wanna be presidents, their defendants, the nature of the case.

State the laws used to build the case and the responses of the international community and especially neighboring Africa.

Ultimately, don't forget to also note two major historic precedences... 1) this election was triggered because for the 1st time ever, a seating president died and 2) this was the 1st time ever a case like this has ever been recorded in the country's electoral history and courts.

I'd also wait about a month after the judgement is passed just to see how everything plays out, this will give you about enough time to also research on all the above. It's an ambitious project but when it is completed, wikiGH will be referred to globally for its success.
