Adding to Phil's note, I think only the International, Israeli and the U.S. sites are currently using a prominent button to encourage downloads of the Android app. If other countries want to do the same, I think it would be excellent. If you don't like the image used on the app with the lightning (I know someone found it too dark), we could do other images or no image at all. For the U.S. site, we substituted an image of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Anyway, please discuss any concerns with the design or anything else here and let us know if we can help facilitate more promotion of the app through the national sites.
