As some of you know, I was kindly invited by the the organizers to add questions about community and organizational capacities to the needs-assessment survey we've done in preparation for the CEE Meeting in Lviv next month.

I have now processed the results and published them on Meta.  I think they are useful, even if not too surprising: to me, they validate some existing impressions about what the capacity-development priorities should be.  Perhaps they also validate some of our choices in the program design.
