When you were recognized as UG on April 2013, you had around 18
persons, now I can read you have around 29. That it's a considerable
grown. Are all that people still active? How much of them are dormants
now?
I know that since you are an international group it's difficult to
meet but I want to did such question, have you had any face-to-face
meeting? Are you planning one?
I can read from your report that your main activities were, in your
own words, "presentations and training". These are great but, why are
you focused only in that kind of activities? Didn't you have any other
window of opportunity? Do you have plans to change this or are you
considering on keeping your work in the same line?
You are in close connection with E@I and GrammarSoft. What about
with other Wikimedia affiliates or other external partnerships? Do you
have it? Which are?
You attempted to ask for a grant and I have read the answer from
grants team. Did you look for other source of founding after that? How
have you been founding your activities?
Affiliates have the right of keeping non-incorporated. I just want to know If you have considered change to incorporated model.
Among all you activities which one do you consider is the most successful?
Besides the grant issue which is the biggest problem that you have overcame? which one you haven't?
Amike
