This will be a part-time / consultant position, right? If so, the posting should say that. Quantifying the time expectation would also be useful.
Also, the ad should explicitly state when the conference will be held, mention that it'll be in DC, and note the expected size/length of the conference (a one-day affair with 100 people is very different from a four-day event with 1,000 people).
You may also want to post it on Idealist.org and YNPNdc http://ynpndc.org/s/1369/2_interior.aspx?sid=1369&gid=1&pgid=313.

Some comments: I think the 5+ years of nonprofit work experience is too much to require. This is a lot to require of an unpaid position, period; you're probably going to have to be flexible on even some of what is listed as requirements, but you'll miss out on some people who are worth considering with that. (In particular, note that it's common for women not to apply to jobs unless they believe they meet or exceed all of the requirements, while men will apply if they fall short on a few.)
Since it is unpaid, you might want to mention other benefits--even if informal ones. Free membership to Wikimedia DC! Meeting the luminaries who are coming to the conference! Working with your college or university for internship credit, if that's doable. Helping advance free knowledge!
Also, you should submit the listing to idealist.org as well.
