Thanks for the good minutes, the quick sending out of these, and the opportunity to comment on them. Two minor points:

For item #9, I'd appreciate it if you would change the first sentence to begin "At the suggestion of one of the members, Mr. Broughton inquired ... "

Done.

For item #1, the implication is that the attached list is of 15 members. If that's the case, there needs to be another item to note the late arrival of three (I believe) members. (I'm okay with the attachment listing the 15 members and then having a note about the other three; I just don't want those three names to somehow be lost, since you were so careful to record them on a separate list.)

The list contains both the initial 15 and the three that arrived after the roll call. I'm not sure whether the fact of the arrival should be explicitly noted in the main minutes, as it seems rather tangential to the substance of the meeting.
