Hi everyone,<div><br></div><div>As you probably know, one of the seats on the Board of Directors is currently vacant, as only six candidates stood for election to seven seats.  Under our bylaws, the Board is required to appoint someone to fill the vacant seat.  </div>
<div><br></div><div>We are therefore inviting anyone interested in being part of the Board to submit their name for consideration.  The position does not require a substantial time commitment -- we typically have formal meetings once a month -- and the scope of the role is relatively flexible.</div>
