I'll send them all 3 options, and see what they can do, and say that if we
try a date in November we might get more participation. Thanks for taking
care of this!

Dennis,
It looks like only 4 people total participated in the Doodle Poll so far.
The most popular date is this Thursday, October 13 for the afternoon slot
of 1:30-4pm. I cannot make it this Thursday, and I prefer afternoons in
general over mornings.
If the IV folks are expecting a Q&A session on Wikipedia, you may want at
least a couple of the active Wikimedia members there. In that case, what
if we pushed the demo/tour back to November so that there could be a
possibility of Lane attending to help answer questions?
Anyway, poll results are:
- 3 votes for Thursday October 13 1:30-4pm
- 2 votes each for Friday October 14 1:30-4pm and Friday October 21
1:30-4pm
The decision is to you now.

proposed anything except looking at the coil.
Ok, so I'll call it three hours total in case they let us wander around a
bit more or discussions run over a bit.
Keep in mind, we are only proposing to IV which
dates would work for us.
We
then have to see if they are available to do this for us on those dates.
Absolutely. We will just poll for date options to present to IV.
