Note for board members, the Awards Policy was getting scope creep into travel policy, so I moved Travel Policy to a separate document and made modifications. The draft policy is based on WMF's travel policy. It's OK if we don't have time to discuss travel policy tonight, since it is a lower priority than other items that we have on the agenda.
