I have mentioned to some supporters of this Cascadia Wikimedia group that a local nonprofit organization called Cascadia Now! might be a good partner organization in outreach. Among the reasons I have suggested this is that they share common mission, outreach scope, like-minded participants, similar size, and some goals with the Wikimedia community.
