A group would normally budget for both, but fortunately this is not something we must pay for at this time. It also demonstrates partnerships with local organizations and businesses, which is a sign of health and donors like knowing that others are also funding our efforts in some capacity.

I will gather some info about the value of TLD's in-kind contribution once my colleagues are back in the office.
