Cascadians,
Just a reminder that, with our incoming funding from WMF, some
transportation expenses may be reimbursable for Cascadia-related
activities. Possible examples includes tolls and bus fares. Please scan
your receipts or other documentation, save the documents to Google Drive,
then share them with Brian and I. We'll probably process reimbursements as
a batch on an occasional basis, perhaps quarterly.
If you are planning on taking a longer or more expensive trip, like a train
or Bolt Bus between Seattle and Portland, or if you have a demonstrated
need for a more expensive option like Uber or Lyft, please check with us in
advance if you want reimbursement.
