An earlier draft of bylaws has been done: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fIZX84ImeN-UsCdUQ_G8t-5JuHMRrxNBGPauRNQxU8I. These need to be updated to reflect the agreed change from our 2nd Board meeting that instead of having the president be the day-to-day manager of the organization, that task will be done by the executive director; and the president will effectively be the chair of the board. These updates are on my list of things that need to get done.
