It sounds like GAC and others are willing to accept the higher budget. I'm ok with effectively loaning my personal funds to CWUG as long as I'm confident that I will be reimbursed within a few weeks. Emphasis: I will buy food for however many people sign up, with a max of 50; if we get only 30 signups then I'll scale the food and supplies purchases accordingly.

Lee: let's coordinate off-list about the format. Someone gave me the idea that we could have board games after the lightning talks. And '''please''' get the signup link sent out to TA3M as soon as possible.

I'll set up the GAC/PEG request in a week or two when I have some so-called free time. I'll need Cascadia Board approval for that.

I'm also happy to front the cost for pizza and stuff and get
reimbursed later. I do this routinely for events at the University of
Washington.
