I use http://www.mibbit.com/ when I'm at school or not able to access my computer. You just have to be sure to select the correct server (Freenode).

Are there any web interfaces to IRC that have this channel enabled? That
might help those who aren't IRC enabled to join the discussion. Wikizine's
IRC interface doesn't have it, but I'm going to try and get it added for
next week.
