Yes Amgine, the steering committee circulated the paperwork for signing to register the charity with the Canadian government. We all signed it and it has been submitted.

I'm very unlikely to be interested in volunteering to implement other
people's decisions. I assumed the steering committee included that kind
of responsibility, which is why I did not volunteer for it.
I'd already noticed the single edit to the meta page stating the papers
were being circulated prior to submission. I assume solely to the
aforementioned steering committee?
