I would like to thank Mitch for writing the bylaw, which was wonderful.

I too would like to thank Mitch, and anyone else that participated in this. The bylaw authorship is a hard thing to do, but a definate necessity to proceed.

As for committee positions, I suggest that we need a translator who can translate the information into french.

I have the names of a few excellent volunteers that translated stuff for us in the past. Once the bylaws are completed and we have agreement in principle, I'll ping them to get that pushed over.

And as a gentle reminder, the age for individuals running for steering committee should be 18 or above, due to legal requirements.

Just to clarify -- I'm not sure what legal requirement this refers to; the steering committee is ad-hoc and has no legal basis -- it would be the nonprofit that evolves out of this that may have some legal restrictions for board positions.

Thanks,
Gerald.
