Not yet. It just means that we have been recognized as a chapter by the
Wikimedia Foundation, and we have a federal not-for-profit corporation
to administer the chapter. Getting recognition from the CRA for tax
deduction purposes may take another six months. If you still want to
give us money we will be glad to accept it through our PayPal account,
but can't give receipts until we have been recognized as a charity.
