Everyone's on this list receives the same email conversations as anyone else. If they
chose not to participate in the discussion, there's nothing we could do. What makes
you think some on the list are less informed than others?

All I suggested is you do not represent Wikimedians who were informed of
decisions being made on their behalf. For example, the members of this
list were uninformed.
