Yes, the formal meeting has already past, but there is still some work
to do on the bid, and we hope to be prepared if we become the city of
choice for Wikimania 2009.
The jury is still in deliberation, so fine tuning and organizing are
definitely still needed.

Please, familarize yourself with the bid, and start hacking at it in
every direction. I'm sure that there's holes, and we need to fix them
now. More importantly, we need to show that there's more than four
