I am happy meeting by teleconference.  Canada is a big country and Toronto is a long way from were I live in British Columbia.  We have a number of question posted at the meta wiki that need input from all involved.  We need to decide if we will incorporate under "Wiki Canada" or "Wikimedia Canada" at which point we can simultaneously send in the documents for incorporation ( which IMO should be done at the federal level ) and apply for charity status.  We should meet via teleconference in the next couple of weeks.
