I suggest that they should contact Nick Moreau (Username: Zanimum) since he's the official contact person for Toronto's bid.
One of Toronto's strength for hosting 2009 Wikimania is Ontario's high school graduation requirement. As most of you know, high school students are required to complete a minimum of 40 hours of community service prior to graduation. We can find a lot of volunteers for this if we won the bid. I have some contacts with volunteer organizations who may be interested in providing volunteers. But let's save this until we actually won the bid.

The formal meeting with the judges is coming up soon, and I'd like to have a brief pre-meeting/discussion to decide on which of the 2 meetings we will attend, and to fine tune the bid page.
