Bidding for 2010 is unlikely to open up for quite a while, but you are
correct that everyone has commented that there
will be a strong want
for a Europe/North America Wikimania in 2010...

Even if the jury was impressed by that, it is extremely doubtful that
Wikimania would be held on the same continent two years in a row.
Sorry, but I don't think this would help "secure" a Wikimania in Tornoto. :-(
