Please join us on Thursday, April 22, 2021, from 3-6 p.m. for a Wikipedia Edit-a-thon celebrating Earth Day! This year’s focus will be on environmental health. 

 

The event will include: 

  • A presentation by Dr. Diana Ceballos, Environmental Health, Boston University School of Public Health on Environmental Health in Wikipedia, and How You Can Help Your Community. 
  • An introduction to Wikipedia editing
  • Support and troubleshooting by BU Libraries staff

 

How to participate:

 

Register in advance. We will provide you with a Zoom link prior to the event and instructions on how to set up a Wikipedia editing profile.

 

Registration deadline is April 21 at 3pm (Eastern) so that we can send a link to Zoom prior to the event.
