If the late on July 20 is problematic, why not just make the meeting for noon?

Probably most people who said they preferred the afternoon of that day, could shift things to go earlier as well.  And repeated doodles tend to have declining participation :)

Hello Fellow Wikimedians,

After a talk with Pharos last night, we decided that we should hold a
meeting soon to figure out to plan for the future of Wikimedia New England.

that we can pick out a day to do this before the summer ends, and I’ll end
the poll in a week so that we can quickly nail down a date and find a place
to make this happen.  Anyways, I hope that you all are enjoying this
