Hello!

Earlier this fall, several editors got together at an open meeting at Boston University to discuss the future of Wikimedia New England. Many of us hope we can grow and develop our group into a full-fledged, officially sanctioned  Wikimedia chapter. Through separate conversations, tho, I think it's become clear that we need a little more focus on group goals and workings before we can get there. 

I took some time recently to address the various questions that arose at our last meeting and in  subsequent emails. I also provide suggested topics of focus for next steps:
