I'm not aware of anyone having asked Boston (or Somerville) Public Library about doing a 'Wikipedia Loves Libraries' event.  I think it would make sense to inquire with them.

For those who would be interested in an event like this: what dates are you available?  I'm generally available throughout October, except 10/15-16.
