We better not debate on what someone solely said about something (his/her personal opinion), we better focus on what the community (the majority) is thinking.

The community is thinking a mass collaboration to the event/occasion.

A centralized controlling initiative can be taken.

But we want a celebration to enrich Wikipedia on Bangla and Bangladesh-related contents, and especially to enrich Bangla Wikipedia. And we want a mass training of how Wikipedia is running and how to edit Wikipedia.
