yes we need to talk with college authority, but i'm an ex-student of
Rajuk Uttara Model College,
so i think i can manage the authority , at least i can try for this.
but we must need a proposal letter with proper signature and if it is
available to me then i can proceed.
It will be a pilot project for us, if we get enough response then we
can arrange it in every well recognised institutes.

Please note:
it is not a important thing to attend all wiki-medians here as it
won't be wiki meet up. If some wiki-medians give support with only
proposal letters and power point presentation that will be enough and
we maximum 3 to 5 people will arrange the workshop. If we get success
we all together will arrange this kinda workshop subsequently.
