Dear Carolynne,

Thanks for informing us. Welcome to Bangladesh. It would be great opportunity to meet you. We will contact you about the meeting date and time.

I use the Banglalink services and checked the Wikipedia Zero as well. It is working fine.

I have a personal opinion that, when i try to open the site, http://zero.wikipedia.org  it redirects to http://en.zero.wikipedia.org. But i believe it  would be better if it redirects to http://bn.zero.wikipedia.org. Banglalink is a mobile service provider in Bangladesh so if the default site goes to the Bengali Wikipedia then it would be more helpful for the local users. At the same time it will help us to promote Bengali Wikipedia to all the subscribers of Banglalink.

Hello again! Here are some links to press coverage from the Banglalink Wikipedia Zero announcement last week.

We would love to hear any feedback on how it is going locally.

I will be in Dhaka to meet with our carrier partners on Nov 12-13, and I would welcome the opportunity to meet with some of you as well. Please email me at cschloeder@wikimedia.org if you will have time.

Thanks!
