I am also initiate the discussion at the Bangla Wikipedia village pump. Since the time is short we have to make quick decisions and
quick arrangement. The possible date should be 20th Ramadan to 25th Ramadan. For your consideration 23th Ramadan is Friday and 24th is Saturday.

I would like to make request to Wikimedia Bangladesh. It would be nice if they can sponsor the event for us.
