Hello,
I would remind you again, it's an Iftar, not a general meetup that you have previously beside the road and lakes. If you can't afford it or manage it please inform me. I am happy to cancel the event. But please don't discuss such a cheap idea! If you can't show minimum hospitality to the participants, please don't invite them.

You have lots of options changing the venue, date. Let's discuss about that otherwise stop it.

The idea that Tanvir vai said is apparently good, but there's a problem. Just right after the Iftar time, it get's dark. And taking food in the dark (sufficient light isn't available at public places, not even in Dhanmondi lake area) is quite problematic. So it might not be right to do the meetup along with Iftar at a public place. What do you say??

Just an idea: you can get the packets from the restaurant and can go
to some public place (Dhanmondi lake is in just a few minutes walking
distance from there, 4-5 people can volunteer to carry the packets) in
case if you don't find seats. We usually do meetup in public place and
with a banner and good location, it would be easy get others'
attention! I am aware that it also has challenges, but it's better
than seating somewhere than eating while standing.
