Dear all,

Last week, Nurunnaby, Zaid and Jewel, three Bangladeshi Wikipedians were in New Delhi and happened to visit India Program team. It was awesome to meet all three of them and hear what they were doing for Wikipedia in Bangladesh. We discussed how they could engage many active OSN members (Open Source Networks) that are active in their respective cities. Since Nurunnaby had told me earlier that he was particularly interested in discussing how to use social media effectively, we also had a productive discussion on that.
It was very kind of them to send out a press note of their meeting which has now been covered by almost 8 newspapers/portals. Kudos for spreading the good word! I hope we will soon implement some of these ideas that we spoke about.
