I am quite happy for there to be WMF staff members or even non-asian chapter people on this list - if they want to be here discussing asian-chapter issues, great!
I think that Internal-l should be informed of the existence of this list and that anyone who wishes to be involved in discussions specific to Asian-chapter issues may join (and that we can encourage staff from the WMF to join if they choose). From a personal/family bacground point of view, I think the most likely people to join from the WMF may be Naoko, Kul or Parul. From a "relevance to chapters" point of view it would be Cary or any of the other staff who interact with chapters (Erik, Frank, Rand). However, I think they all have enough things to do already so, unless there is a specific reason for them to be here, they will probably say "no thank you" - which is ok.
So, I would give people the option to join rather than inviting a specific WMF staff member.

Dear All
I wonder if you would like this list exclusive for us, Asian Chapters
or to be sort of platform connected with Foundation Staffs
I wanna ask, do you want any foundation staff on this list?
if yes, who do you want to invite?
Feel free to express your opinion

I agree with Liam. We could send the message to WMF staffs to let them know that they are welcomed to join the list if they want to.
Personally I think we can have Naoko and Cary to join the list first, others are also welcomed.

I think it is better to talk about the issue
with Brianna's input here, better

Hi, I am Brianna (user:pfctdayelise) from Wikimedia Australia. Not quite Asia I know, but I hope we can contribute something useful and help on some collaborations.
Is this list intended to be only for (potential) chapter board members? If so, I would advertise it on the chapters mailing list.
Or is it for anyone at all interested in the development of Asian chapters? If so, I would advertise it on foundation-l and the Wikipedia Signpost. And then I would like to advertise it to the Wikimedia Australia members, too :)
cheers Brianna
PS Please set the reply-all for this list to go to the list, not the sender :)
