Hello,

I think at this time, we need to be creative with the ones we have right now.

I believe having a common time to do a web conference / webminar or live online chat is a good start before we head over physical interaction and setup an office.

Once we solidify our partnerships and went to several live online discussion then we can start hosting a meeting to a country which is least expensive for travelling. Once we together became busy on our joint projects then we can then setup a physical office and a common fund.

I think the secret of Iberocoop is poking (,singing together maybe) and having fun with each other. Discussing politics and money first before projects wont lead us somewhere. Once together we craft an Pan-Asia Pacific road map and blueprint and an easy to understood and well drafted set of joint chapter project plans then we can worry about politics and money.

At this point I even suspect non Asian want to be a part of it, I know
for a fact Serbia is interested in project management (i.e. budgeting)
what they are facing there is different than the richer part of Europe
and much more similar to Indonesia IMHO as per discussion back in
Paris.

The Europe can't taught us things, because they are *almost always*
have money *donation* or resources *lots of v.active editors*, so
we're facing a different kind of problem, that's why I always opt out
in asking European for Indonesian problems. It's not the same and
whatever answer they are giving probably not worth considering.
