Dear all,

One of the takeaways from the #5 ESEAP General Meeting on Saturday was the proposed creation of an ad hoc, issue-specific working group handling the legal and public policy issues modeled after the EU Policy Group. I have prepared a draft proposal for the group; it is a working draft, so any comment, feedback, and suggestion would be valuable.
