I think Belayet actually intended to send the message to Wikimedia BD mailing list, but I'll summarize and translate it for fellow Asian wikipedians.
Belayet and Nasir Khan will be representing the Bangladeshi wikipedians in Wikimania. They will be leaving for Poland on July 7.
Also, Belayet had a skype/video chat session with Jimmy Wales, and discussed the development of Bengali wikipedia and activities of wikipedians in Bangladesh. The last link is to Belayet's blog post on this, but that is in Bengali.
Hope this helps ... I will miss this year's wikimania, but hope to attend the next one.

আনন্দের সাথে আপনাদের জানাচ্ছি যে, আগামী ৮-১১ জুলাই পোল্যান্ডের, গিদানস্কে[০] অনুষ্ঠিত হতে যাচ্ছে উইকিপিডিয়ানদের বার্ষিক সম্মেলন "উইকিম্যানিয়া ২০১০[১]"। এবারের উইকিম্যানিয়াতে বাংলাদেশ থেকে আমি এবং নাসির খান সৈকত অংশগ্রহণ করছি। সেখানে আমরা উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশের প্রতিনিধি হিসেবে অংশগ্রহণ করছি। উইকিম্যানিয়া যোগ দেওয়ার লক্ষে আমরা আগামী ৭ই
জুলাই পোল্যান্ডের উদ্দেশ্যে রওয়ানা হবো। আপনাদের সকলের কাছে আমরা দোয়া প্রার্থী যেন আমরা সফল ভাবে সম্মেলন শেষ করে দেশে ফিরতে পারি।
এছাড়াও আরও একটি সংবাদ জানাতে চাই, গত ৪ঠা জুলাই রাতে আমার সাথে উইকিপিডিয়ার প্রতিষ্ঠাতা জিমি ওয়েল্সের সাথে বাংলা উইকিপিডিয়া এবং বাংলাদেশে উইকিপিডিয়া কম্যুনিটি সংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে ভিডিও কনফারেন্সিংয়ের মাধ্যমে আলোচনা হয়েছে। আমার ব্লগে এ সম্পর্কিত একটি ব্লগ আমি ইতিমধ্যে পোষ্ট করেছি। এ সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত ঐ ব্লগে জানতে পারবেন। ব্লগের লিঙ্কটি[৩] নিচে দেওয়া
