As one of the Mission of the list is to help those groups which are undergoing a chapter building process
We currently have Bangladesh, India, & Macau Chapters-to-be here however, according to meta
regions like the Philippines, Iran, South Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia had planing chapters in different stages also Japanese & Mainland Chinese Wikipedians have plans to build a chapter
and I personally remain contacts with some individual Wikipedians in Thailand, Singapore & Sri Lanka
However, we try to get reach with parties in Japan, the Philippines, but it still no turn out and replies from them
