I agree with Liam. We could send the message to WMF staffs to let them know that they are welcomed to join the list if they want to.
Should reply to the list :P---------- Forwarded message ----------

I am quite happy for there to be WMF staff members or even non-asian chapter people on this list - if they want to be here discussing asian-chapter issues, great!
I think that Internal-l should be informed of the existence of this list and that anyone who wishes to be involved in discussions specific to Asian-chapter issues may join (and that we can encourage staff from the WMF to join if they choose). From a personal/family bacground point of view, I think the most likely people to join from the WMF may be Naoko, Kul or Parul. >From a "relevance to chapters" point of view it would be Cary or any of the other staff who interact with chapters (Erik, Frank, Rand).
However, I think they all have enough things to do already so, unless there is a specific reason for them to be here, they will probably say "no thank you" - which is ok.
So, I would give people the option to join rather than inviting a specific WMF staff member.

_______________________________________________Dear All
I wonder if you would like this list exclusive for us, Asian Chapters
or to be sort of platform connected with Foundation Staffs
I wanna ask, do you want any foundation staff on this list?
if yes, who do you want to invite?
Feel free to express your opinion
