While I may not be suited in helping
directly on this kind of task, My
one wish is that there be a significant track to deal with the issues of
WMF governance. Having one session where the participants meet the
Board on the last day is not enough. At both Boston and Taipei this
only raised a lot of questions when there was no further time for
discussion. Some very important and difficult questions have recently
been raised on the Foundation list, and those questions require a
thorough airing.
