Hello Wikimania organizers! Is there any way to put in a request for specific roommates ahead of time? Would the organizers be able to do it on the list they submit ahead of time, or would we work it out on site, or something else?

We are currently handling these kind of requests via OTRS ( wikimania-registration@wikimedia.org). I encourage anyone who wants it to tell us ASAP with whom do they want to share room.

In response to my request to extend my stay at the Bauen Hotel until my departure on Sept. 6 I received the following:
Sorry, but from 29/08 until 05/09 we have no rooms available.
Are there any recommended alternatives for that time?
