WMF Scholarship Recipients:  All of you who were awarded a scholarship and were able to attend Wikimania '17 in Montreal should have recently received an email requesting that you complete a conference report by October 1st.   For more instructions on what to write and on how to submit your report, please click here.

As was announced in Montréal by the WMF Executive Director, scholarship recipients who were denied a Visa to attend this year's conference will be offered a scholarship to attend Wikimania '18 in Cape Town.   We will be contacting these people directly to reconfirm this soon.

And finally, Wikimania 2018 will be held July 18-22, 2018 at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.  The conference wiki is now up at:

along with an introductory video that was shown last month.  There will be more information in the next couple of months regarding scholarships, program, etc.
